There is a signed truck route in Keyser. I didn't follow it, but it turns off of US 220 at Center St: http://goo.gl/maps/hW1mP

It seems that this "Truck" route doesn't qualify for the site. It's more of just a glorified ramp if anything with a "Truck" shield on it. If the signage is the same as in 08/08 at the bottom of the ramp (if it's not going to be torn up as I see a new bridge is being built (or is it finished?) per sat imagery from Bing), that clinches it as a non-qualifying route for us.

The bridge reconstruction appears to be done. The signage I saw was similar to that shown in the GMSV imagery (Truck banner over a 46 marker) and located in nearly the same place.

Since this route most likely does not qualify, would you care to publish the qualifications for inclusion somewhere in the forum? Sometimes it might be good for the non-collaborators to review them before wasting our time with suggestions that won't be considered.

Well, most stuff has to be reviewed case-by-case, just to be on the safe side.

However, here's one thing that's a stone rule:
If the mainline is posted normally with an addition of a "truck route" sign below, then that route automatically is a non-qualifying route.

Here's an example of that: US-90 around Lake City, FL has "Truck Route" signs as well along the mainline. When those shields pop up on the mainline, we just add it as the mainline, and no separate truck route file. However, as you see, the US-441 shield there has the same "Truck Route" sign under it, and it does qualify for the site because that's mainline US-41 there as US-441 is one street over. This is why I said above that everything really needs to be reviewed case-by-case. Wink

According to the 2011 Mineral County Map, WV 46 splits into separate mainline alignments - ftp://129.71.206.174/county_maps/Mineral_1_of_2.pdf

The street view from US 220 NB at WV 46 better shows why WV 46 Truck should be included - http://goo.gl/maps/hB1kT

The posting at the end of the ramp that 46 Truck follows is technically missing a TRUCK banner with the EAST banner.

OK, that makes sense, and I figured that it went without saying, but thanks for posting it.

And that also proves why it shouldn't be included because it follows the mainline of WV-46 (WB), even though it's going in the opposite direction. Thus, it kinda falls into my US-90 example above, even though the EB direction is on a separate road there.
