Tim, 2 questions regarding this one.
- First, should I include the segment along Washington St through Old Town Alexandria, or should I split up GWPkwy into two lists?
- Officially, GWPkwy follows the E/W leg of VA 235 from Mt. Vernon back to US 1. Include it?

| It's a freeway only from I-495 Exit 43 to the Reagan airport, right? Then it's a non-freeway as VA 400 and VA 235? If I'm reading that right, only the freeway section would be included. |
