Hey Tim. Some pictures are starting to surface showing the I-86 signage finally uncovered in that area. So, IMO, it should be safe to extend I-86 finally, especially since the FHWA approve info has shown up online.
Do you still have the updated file I sent you? If you don't, please let me know so I can resend it to you.
Also, don't forget to mention this on the Update page. I would also add the I-69 MS extension to the update page as well since it was made after the other "major" update to the site.
