There are two short but significant realignments of US 60, which require changes to the route now displayed in the HB. Some of the old alignments apparently are new KY state routes, or additions to existing routes.
First, US 60 east of Paducah has been moved to a new bridge across the Tennessee River, south of the now-closed old bridge. As a result, waypoint US62_E needs to be moved about a half-mile to the southeast, with a conforming change to the US 62 route file. Part of the old US 60 alignment east of the river, Adair St., is IIRC now signed as a state route, though I don't remember (from my drive through KY last month) the new number. The online maps I've seen (including OSM/Mapnik) show the new US 60 alignment but not the new route number on the old alignment.
Second, US 60 has been moved to a new freeway bypass east of downtown Owensboro, peeling away from the old bypass around downtown, and rejoining the old US 60 alignment several miles to the east. This change bypasses several waypoints in the HB, as well as requiring new waypoints. Some of the bypassed old roads are now KY state routes, parts of KY 144, KY 603, and KY 2840. OSM/Mapnik shows the new alignment as well as the new numbers for the old roads.
