I was in Charleston a few days ago. The bridge requiring this truck route was torn down and a replacement bridge is under construction. US 78 is closed entirely during the project.
The US 78 Truck route is no longer posted.

Route is now deleted, and labels fixed for the other two routes are now live in the new TravelMapping master.
