The route was approved at the Fall 2012 AASHTO meeting. No idea if it has been posted yet, but the PDF info on the route did say 12/1/12 for the "opening".

This is added to my radar, although I can't find any evidence that this is completed or signed at this point.

| I drove the entire route, as approved by AASHTO, earlier today. There are no gaps in the route, which used only existing county roads. However, there is no BL signage on I-35 NB or SB, nor any on the route itself (at least NB, which is the direction I drove it, but I didn't see any indications of SB signage), |

I was just there a month ago and nothing!  (I was actually looking to travel what was left of MN 361, but at the MN 70 intersection I found it has been totally decommissioned.) |

| I passed through on Friday and there was still no signage for the BL on I-35. |
