I believe the last point (labeled AZ79_N) should be simply AZ79, as this is the only point where AZ287 and AZ79 intersect.

Presumably it is so that it can have the same waypoint label as the concurrent AZ74 Bus? |

I bet it was just a hasty copy-paste job, forgetting to change the label in the process.
Labels can differ between different routes in a multiplex; it's just the coordinates that have to be the same.
For example, PondRd_Alb in ME137 is simply PondRd in US202 & ME9. |
