Also Tim, I have a question for you.

It's about how you labeled the I-376 numbers on the I-279 file. Are we suppose to put the exit number first and then add the route number in the Parentheses? That's how all the other Interstates are done like I-20 in MS.

So, shouldn't the labels on I-279 be like this?:
64A(376)
64B(376)
ect., ect., ect..

I personally thought the "I-376(64A)" type of labels were for the US Highways and not the Interstates.

Just thought I would mention this for some clarification.

EDIT #2: Tim, I thought we were going to be keeping I-279 along the newly extended I-376 till the shields were pulled down (which might not be for another year....). Also, I would Exit #1C (PA-28) to the site or at least the HOV interchange for Anderson St using the 1C label. Or, for the best of two worlds, have a centered point in the middle for both of them.
1C http://maps.google.com/?ll=40.449666,-80.001803&spn=0.003037,0.006947

PA 28 SB ends at Anderson St., so I'll just put it there. The guide sign plans say EXIT 1D, so I'll use that. (1C is for PA 65 north.)

I just received pictures from a contributor closer to Pittsburgh than I, and all of the numbers to Bellevue/West View have been changed.

We might be getting our first 70+ exit number on I-376/I-279 tonight. The right lane of the Fort Pitt Tunnel Outbound is closed tonight.

As of right now, they still have the Exit #5C gore sign up.

EDIT: Construction crews left around 1:40AM tonight without changing the Exit #5C gore sign.

That's only Bellevue/West View.

Interesting. I just was on 376 from I-76 to I-79 last Thursday and it appeared to me that the numbers hadn't changed. I'll have to double-check my pictures, though; I could be wrong.

Only on I-279 (Parkway North) have the exit numbers changed so far.

Hey Tim. Looks like we will be pulling I-279 on I-376 in the next month or so. When I was on the Parkway West today going inbound to the city, all the I-279 signs that had been under the US-22/30 signs have been pulled down and eliminated. However, the ones going outbound are still posted.

I will have some pictures of this posted in a little while.

Hey Tim, you can now finish updating the exit numbers on the I-376 Future File.

ftp://ftp.dot.state.pa.us/public/Districts/District11/traffic/I-376_Exits.pdf

Every last new exit number is posted on that.

Also, you need to add the Pulaski Rd Interchange just above the US-422/422Bus interchange since it provides the access to WB US-422 for FI-376 Exit #12A/B.

FI-376 is updated in the next update.

Is I-279 gone along the whole Parkway West now?

Is was completely gone going Inbound the last time I was on it. And that was after they did all the signage changes on the BGS's. So, my guess is on the outbound side, when they did those BGS changes, they took down the I-279 shields to match the inbound side.

Hey Tim, I have seen that you have done this. Shouldn't the update page have this mentioned as well? Wink
