They are currently in the final stretch of finishing a new interchange for I-77 in NC; Exit #32 for Langtree Road. From when I last pasted it on Saturday (on my way home to Pgh from Charlotte), it looks like they will make their July proposed opening date for it. Even the BGS's are in place for it, but covered over.
(Story about new Exit #32)
As far as I can tell, the biggest thing they still need to do for it is just re-strip I-77 to add the exit lanes and the new 3rd lane from Exit #32 to Exit #33.
So, here are the following points that need to be added to both I-77 and US-21 since they are on the same highway at that point for the new exit #32:
I-77:
