PA: I-376's Eastern End?

Tim, when did you make a tweak to the Eastern end of PA I-376? I'm wondering because with that tweak, I no longer have I-376 clinched on the site (will send in a tweaked list file later to reclaim it). And this wasn't mentioned on the "Update" page. And several people have lost that 0.2m of it because of that tweak.

So, when did this happen? Also, can it be mentioned on the updates page so everybody can know about this tweak so they can fix their lists?

Not sure when I changed the endpoint from the bad "I-376" to the good "I-76". If you're using "999", I see I just need to move that to match the true end point.
