The 2009 relocation of US 521 through Sumter has definitely been posted in the field - US 521 now follows Guignard Dr and Guignard Pkwy from US 76 Bus back to Manning Hwy. US 15 CONN is now only the short piece between US 15 and Guignard Dr. All parts of US 521's previous route through Sumter that were not overlays with other primary routes are in the secondary system now. A map can be seen here (pdf pg 10) - http://info.scdot.org/sites/GIS/GISMapdl/Sumter_City.pdf
The relocation of US 21 Bypass for Beaufort is also definitely now posted to have replaced SC 802 and SC 280 from Port Royal west past Parris Island and northwest back to US 21 west of SC 170.
Also...not sure how it was decided which CONN routes got included, but both US 301 CONN routes around Alcolu are posted, albeit not in US route shields:
https://goo.gl/maps/dNmZB. A map showing how the two routes run is located here: http://info.scdot.org/sites/GIS/GISMapdl/Alcolu_City.pdf. The Trinity Church Rd US 301 CONN has been in place explicitly back to at least 1962 and implied further back to 1943.

US-521: Already aware of this. See: http://clinched.s2.bizhat.com/viewtopic.php?t=2322
US-21: This has already been submitted. It was submitted while Tim was still updating at least the list files for this site. http://clinched.s2.bizhat.com/viewtopic.php?t=2152
As for the 'CONN' routes, a lot were originally added based off the route logs way in the past. We've since removed almost all of them except for the ones in Columbia which are clearly shown on the official state map inserts of Downtown Columbia with shields even though they are un-posted, as well as a recently fully posted US 29 Connector in Wiliamston (HB). |
