Autoroute 5 is now open all the way to Wakefield, combining the separate Gatineau and Wakefield segments we have in the Highway Browser. The new segment adds exits 24 (Ch. Cross Loop) and 28 (Ch. Valley). The short connector to waypoint QC105_N, at the former north end of the Gatineau segment, is closed. Also, the south end of the old Wakefield segment, QC366_W, appears to be now a closed intersection, with that southern junction with QC 366 moved south to new exit 28. The north end (which is now the terminus for A-5) remains an at-grade intersection with no exit number, and its waypoint QC366_E is still in the right location. There is no work underway to extend A-5 further north, though I understand a 1-km extension to QC 105 is in the planning stages.
Finishing work remains on the northbound lanes north of exit 28, which looks like the old two-lane Wakefield segment being converted to northbound-only use. That is open to one lane of traffic, and the parallel southbound roadway (which looks brand-new) is fully open with two lanes. Either direction, you can drive the entire route.
I have GPS readings for exit 24 and 28. The latter isn't shown well in OSM, so the GPS reading for that will help set the waypoint.

A-5 extended north to Wakefield, absorbing short old separate Wakefield segment, in the Travel Mapping DB.
