A NE11 bypass of Wood River (and the US30 multiplex) is visible, incompletely edited, in Google Map view. ROW grading and construction are visible in Google & Bing satellite. This will require some more investigation.

(The Wood River viaduct opening today; roads closing article, posted about 11 hrs later the same day, has the same text.  )
With no newer news, this appears to be open.

I suspect that the old section of NE11 north on Cottonwood street may become a new state connecting link, possibly L40F, but at this time I can't confirm or deny that. |

The US77 & NE92 Wahoo bypass, visible in Google Satellite, is coming along quite nicely.
