Dave,
While the extension of NC 45 along the Swan Quarter-Ocracoke Ferry was approved last year, it should be noted that there is still prevalent END NC 45 signage at the Swan Quarter ferry entrance on Oyster Creek St. _________________ Froggie

As far as I know, there is going to be no signage at Okracoke for NC 45. On paper, NC 45 runs on the ferry and then ends on the ferry dock at NC 12. Since we do not route over the ferry lane itself, the extension of NC 45 will not make any changes in the CHM. The other recent extensions (NC 615 and NC 211) are being signed at the new ferry end, they are getting short segments there. NC 615 is already done in CHM. NC 211 has not been signed at US 421 AFAIK. It was not yet signed when I was out there in the fall. _________________ Dave Filpus
