Between exits 3 and 7, there's a northbound rest area/welcome center that also has a connection to US 1. As fate would have it, that's where my family turned around in 2002. I just recorded the videotape to digital today.
So while this is partially a personal request, I may not be the only person who could need this point.
There's a shaping point just to the north that could be moved and labeled 3A or 4. |

Does the rest area have a known name?
If you look @ FL I-10, you can see how I named a Rest Area that you can U-Turn at. |

Wow, sonofagun! I thought access between the I-95 and US1 entrances was closed off, but it looks like it can in fact be done.
There's a very obvious "unadvertised exit" from I-95 visible in the aerials. For US1 -> I-95 access, I probably came upon this gate, closed, during my own explorations, but it seems it presented no problems for the Google car.
I'll move the shaping point and rename it 4. There's no known name for the rest area that I can find, but I'll call "4" fine based on the precedent of calling the Saco Hotel and Convention Center (the former Exit 5) *35.
Jeff, do you need the corresponding point on US1? |

Yes, I would like that corresponding point, please and thank you.
Northbound 95 can go to US 1, but it looks like US 1 traffic may be confined to that outer road and loop. |
