Apologies if this has been decided already but a search turned up nothing...
For both US 15 and NC 96 in both directions approaching either US 158 bypass or Industry Dr outside of Oxford, NC, there are TRUCK ROUTE signs that say TO [NORTH/SOUTH] TRUCK [US 15/NC 96 SHIELD] with an arrow indicating which direction to turn.
The road itself (Industrial Dr, Outer Loop Rd and US 158 Byp) is only posted as TRUCK ROUTE without any shields. So essentially these are truck routes with shields only at the endpoints.

There is no NC 96 Truck in the browser. When US 15 Truck was added, there were US 15 shields with a Truck banner at the southern end. The extension of Industry Drive and the truck route to NC 96 came later. When that happened, the NC 96 Truck was not added to the browser because it was not signed as such. It looks like the signage for US 15 Truck was changed at that time. US 15 Truck should be removed from the browser, as its signage has changed.
