It does appear a new NB15 interchange serving the Scoudouc Industrial Park has opened.
(`Twas on my radar; just forgot about it before activation Rolling Eyes )
I haven't found an exit number yet; I may check in on SkyscraperPage.

Coords: 46.174564, -64.61933
per matching flashearth up to GNB imagery

--------

A new NB108 bridge was slated to have opened August 2010 over the Salmon River west of New Denmark. I haven't looked into any details recently, but it's immediately north of the existing one. Worst case scenario, FraHillRd_W will still be within tolerance.

--------

One Mile House interchange project in Saint John scheduled for 2012 . This may or may not affect the placement of NB1 125.

--------

NB8 Nashwaak/Taymouth bypass anticipated for 2014

Edit: added flashearth URL above, to "archive" it away from my collaborator thread

The Scoudouc interchange you were asking about earlier is exit 26.

Good thing I waited -- it was tentatively in my local copy as +x25!

The new bridge is now visible in Google satellite imagery. No changes are necessary.

A NB7 Welsford bypass is under construction, visible in Google satellite imagery.
It runs from the north end of NB177 to a little bit north of NB101. Looks like there will be an interchange at each end of the new construction, but none in between.
This probably means a northerly extension of NB177.

Now visible in Google satellite imagery:
Construction underway to close the gap between NB1 freeway segments, roughly between Exit 52 & KerRidRd.
It involves some twinning of the existing highway, some construction of new alignment, and repositioning of existing exit points.

We may or may not have already lost Batman in the twinning.

Edit: Somehow, just east of there, I missed more construction, new alignment filling the freeway gaps between Exit 60 and LepVilRd (Former NB795).

Holy smackers, that'll make NB1 a four-lane freeway for its entire length!

Edit 2: Some speculation on possible effects, ranging from definite to farfetched:
Code:
NB127: east end relocated westward
NB760: east end relocated westward
       possibly extended east (or maybe a new 17x route?)
NB770: possible south end renaming (or extension?)
NB176: possibly extended east
NB785: if so, south end NB1 -> NB176
NB780: LepVilRd -> extended 176?
NB790: LepVilRd -> extended 176?
       WetCreRd -> extended 176?

NB7 Welsford Bypass work halted, due to a lack of money to finish the job. Work will resume soon; completion is now anticipated in fall 2013.

Hoo boy...
I just had to go check out http://forum.skyscraperpage.com/showthread.php?t=175670&page=11 ...
where just Today @ 1:03 AM, MonctonRad wrote:
I drove down to Washington DC and back this week. I just got back an hour ago.

This was the first time in a couple of years that I drove to the border on NB route 1. The entire section from the new border crossing north of St Stephen through to St George is now open and all I can say is "holy crap". Shocked

This has to be the most impressively engineered highway in the entire region! It appears as if the remaining section from Lepreau to St George will be open next year.

It will certainly be a surprise to American tourists arriving in Canada after a 90 minute trek on the Airline Route to suddenly be confronted with a superhighway in what they would consider "the middle of nowhere". Laughing
Sure enough, there it all is on Google Maps... Don't know about any other, usable, sources just yet... This'll take some investigating and editing...

Google is now showing NB760 extended eastwards via old NB1 and the Manor Road Connector to terminate NB1's new Exit 52.
I still have to verify this with other sources. If true...
This confirms one of my suspicions from 2 posts back...
With the extension not making it all the way in town, NB770's southern endpoint keeps the same label.

The remainder of the NB1 freeway, from Pennfield to Lepreau (60 LepVilRd in WayPtLabelSpk Laughing) will open October 25, nearly a year ahead of schedule.

Big big thanks to Doug Kerr for uploading plenty of photos of his recent New Brunswick trip to his flickr!

Ch Manor Rd Connector (Av? Rd?) & Rte 760?
This is enough to confirm the eastward extension of NB760, as shown in Google, to my satisfaction.
In response to the rest of my wild speculation upthread...

NB176 stays as it is. Somewhat surprisingly, we get a new route, NB175. Strikes me as a little weird, as 176 looked a perfectly sensible route to extend, the way NB tends to do these things. Especially compared to some of the wonky stuff that actually exists out there -- I mean like, check out the shape of NB127!
I had wondered whether "176" would be extended all the way east along old 795, and the *east* end of 790, together an old alignment of NB1, but it just didn't feel quite right. So now I have my answer. w0ot!
NB785: south end: truncated a tiny bit, NB1 -> NB175
NB780: east end: LepVilRd -> NB175
NB790: west end: truncated to LepVilRd, which gets relabeled NB175. WetCreRd keeps its label; NB175 doesn't extend that far east along the former NB795.

Construction proceeds on improvements to Route 17 in Victoria County
The article says the realignment will be "completed sometime in November", but I haven't yet found any news of it actually opening. Soon?

This will give us three OldNB17 waypoints to break up the 20.92 mi between BigForkHwy & NB260_S.

Also visible in BingSat view: construction on a NB935 relocation near RalStiRd.
Visible in Google Satellite: the beginnings of ROW clearing for the NB11 Caraquet bypass.

-----

Recently finished:
NB: Welsford bypass finally opens on Route 7

Current watchlist:
NB17 realignment in Victoria County (soon?)
NB8 Nashwaak bypass (August 2014)
NB935 relocation (when?)
NB11 Caraquet bypass (when?)
NB2 twinning at the QC border (when?)

The TCH realignment at the QC border and NB935 relocation at Johnson's Mill will be included in my next update.
The update for the NB8 Marysville Bypass is still waiting on a definitive answer as to where the new Route 148 goes.

Current watchlist:
NB8 Nashwaak bypass (August 2014)
NB17 realignment in Victoria County (soon?)
NB11 Caraquet bypass (when?)
