GoogleTranslateTurkish keeps saying things like "In 2009, opened to traffic at the level of binder 15.0 km long section at the level of wear 2x3 lane has been completed. " Level of binder? And it sometimes uses past tense to refer to future dates, so it's hard to tell what has been completed.
2009?: O-21 Eminlik-Çiftehan
March 2010: O-21 Çiftehan-Pozantı
2010: O-52 SURUÇ - ŞANLIURFA KESİMİ
soon?: O-33 Gümüşova - Gerede, 95% complete in 2009
soon?: O-30 İzmir ring road |

I haven't found completion dates for the U/C motorways in Turkey. There are the ones shown on official maps to be under construction:
- O-52 SURUÇ - ŞANLIURFA KESİMİ
- O-33 a few km NE of Bursa, connecting to the L-junction just north of Bursa
- O-21 Pozanti bypass, not sure why this didn't open with the long section north of Pozanti
- O-30 NW extension near Izmir |
