Well that answers the MO I-64 question.

Curiously, PA/NY US 15 and IN US 24 are missing.

Page 10 of OH 24 is just plain rude:

Davenport business route, eh? There was a newspaper article a while back on that. I'm not opposed to it; it's the only non-four-lane/expressway section of 61 between Muscatine and Dubuque.

Before opening the file, I figured it was an advance application related to the Fort Madison bypass.

Looks like the Oregon changes are merely playing catch-up. No mention of Bus US 20 (Bend), but I do need to now fix US 20 and Bus US 97 (Bend).

Of the TX ones:

One is a relocation from a RR grade crossing to an overpass (no change required). The other is relocation onto a city bypass to be completed next year.

Of the CO ones:

These are changes around Montrose. Moves US-50 onto a town bypass on the north side and extends the north end of US-550 along the old routing of US-50 to a new jct with US-50 on the NW side of town.

Everything was approved, at least conditionally, except OH US 24 thanks to the lack of an IN US 24 application.
