Project site says the two interchanges on I-74 near Greensburg, IN should have been completed by July 2008. I am having trouble confirming if construction has been completed.

| Tim, looking over the plans at the link you provided, it seems it's just one interchange on I-74. Looks like it might still use the old 132 point if it's indeed open now. Plus US-421 might need two point tweaks to get it onto I-74 at the new interchange. |
