As reported on the AARoads forum. See http://route.transportation.org/Documents/2015%20AM%20September%2024%20Chicago%2c%20IL/SCOH%20Report%20from%20Special%20Committee%20on%20US%20Route%20Numbering%20AM2015.pdf

For the situation I'm familiar with (US 85 in Torrington WY), AASHTO ratified a relocation already posted in the field, and updated in Travel Mapping. But curiously, no related application for or even mention of the already-signed conversion of the short bypassed part of old US 85 to US 85 Business.

The Arkansas examples are also just ratifying relocations already posted in the field. This is all in the CHM browser already.
AR US270BusMal could use a point at Tanner St though.

LA US371 extension, eh? They mention the terminus at US84/1 in Armistead. Either we were incorrect in already having US371 extend to I-49, or they were incorrect in calling that the terminus. Either way, our data need an update; the multiplexes with US84 and LA177 need to be replaced with the new-construction route.
There's no OSM or Bing imagery to use yet, but there *is* NAIP. James, could I persuade you to add this to OSM? :D

OK US70BypDur -> mainline US70
*rolls eyes*
There's no mention of a business route here. I kinda have to wonder if they'll post it anyway, because Okladot.
Or will they just keep it signed as US70 Bypass? I wish I could have more confidence in Okladot, but... they're derpy.
I guess I'll relocate it, and if we discover there's a business route, we can add that back in.
I'll not bother having US70BypDur as an AltRouteName, as it's not in use in any .list files.
This leaves US70TrkDur not connecting to US70 (which has a *proper* truck route now), and in line for deletion. I see no signage for it on GMSV.
The OSM trace here isn't the best, but at least it's something. There's no NAIP imagery to use to improve it. We can always come back and tweak it later once there's better imagery.
