There appears to be a Durant US70 bypass in the works.

The bypass is now visible in OSM, as well as Google and Bing satellite views.

No idea if it's now open, or if an OSM editor jumped the gun.
If it's open, no idea whether it's signed as anything in particular.
No changes have been cleared with AASHTO to my knowledge (not that seems to bother Okladot any), though the Fall 2012 meeting is still on the way.

New OK designations: SH-351 and SH-364 along the Muskogee Turnpike and Creek Turnpike respectively.

We don't know yet whether these would be signed, but Scott5114 thinks so.
I'm inclined to agree, as Okladot usually has no problems listing segments of "Route 0" in their control section maps.
