Clinched Highway Mapping

I approached from the south on 1st Ave, and saw no signage for the route, though that by itself doesn't necessarily mean much.
In GMSV, I couldn't find any signage on the route itself, on its turns, or any approaches, including I-90.

Anyone know anything more about this?

I was on WA 519 this weekend. It no longer runs on 1st Avenue at all. It now runs on Alaskan Way from the ferry docks to Atlantic Street, then turns east up Atlantic onto Martinez Drive to I 90. I saw signs on Alaskan Way southbound at the ferry docks and on Atlantic west of 1st Avenue for the turn onto Alaskan Way. I did not get pictures of either signs. I submitted an update to CHM yesterday.
