This portion of OR 22 has exit numbers. But, since they start at 1 (freeway begins at I-5) and it isn't the point of origin for the highway, I'm tempted to simply simplify the tag labels to three letters rather than assign the exit numbers.
Exit numbers or crossroad names?
Also: The Highway Browser says to input the route in the list files as 'OR22Sal', as does the other OR 22 segment (Willamina-Salem Highway). Since I'm going to 'fix' the tag labels anyway, the highway browser doesn't need immediate attention. |

Fixed Sal - you called it Sub?
I'd go with crossroad names for the labels because the entire route isn't a freeway.
Is the other piece of OR 22 that you sent me actually a freeway? |

What was sub (Sublimity) should be nsh (North Santiam Highway).
What was sal (Salem) should be wsh (Willamina-Salem Highway). It's also the 'iffy' of the two, as it's mostly divided expressway with interchanges at OR99W and through West Salem itself -- a full freeway along the riverbank.
Your call.
Edit: The revision I sent in for nsh has crossroad names, not exit numbers. |
