recommended new point for PA US13
• 52ndSt ...
• UniAve http://maps.google.com/?ll=39.949612,-75.199691
• PA3 ...
connects to parallel I-76 346B. Speaking of which...
• Should another point be added to PA I-76 for the 34thSt ½ of 346B?
• PA I-76 346C looks a ways off center.

I know the area fairly well, and agree with all these recommendations.

346C is Vare Ave, the frontage road. It gets far more use northbound than southbound (as an early 346B for 34th/University, since traffic from the 344 area often backs up this far), but I'd definitely move it up a little bit, to about where Maiden Ln/New Hope St would intersect the highway: http://maps.google.com/?ll=39.929073,-75.197114

345 is a little far north (and a little into the river), too. Southbound it's labeled 30th St / Market St, northbound it's 30th St. I'd put the actual point at Market: http://maps.google.com/?ll=39.954561,-75.181165

Changes made for the next update.

This route's data file is a blast from the past. It was one of the first routes I collected data for, and I did this before ever knowing about Google Maps. Instead I used the Terraserver-USA:
http://terraserver-usa.com/image.aspx?T=2&S=11&Z=18&X=1207&Y=11051&W=1&qs=|philadelphia|pa|
which has much worse coordinate precision, but at the time was the best I could find and quickly use.

Curiously, in the PennDOT Philadelphia County (=City) map, the southern half of Exit 346B is "346C" and Exit 346C has no ramps shown. GMSV disagrees with that.
