Major relocation of the west end of HI 200, on the Big Island, is scheduled for completion in August 2013. HI 200's western terminus will remain at HI 190, but will be moved several miles to the southwest, closer to Kailua-Kona.

The bypassed section of HI 200 will become CR 201.
Other HI 200 projects are in much earlier stages, with no firm completion dates. These include a westward extension to HI 19, and a significant realignment of HI 200's east end between HI 2000 and mile 11. |
