Recommend renaming 130A for both I-20 and I-59 as 130, and splitting what's currently listed as 130B on I-20 into 130A (for US 11) and 130B (for 1st Ave S).
Rationale:
- The I-20/59 junction is signed as Exit 130 on I-59. I-59 takes exit number and routing priority over I-20 along the I-20/59 duplex.
- What's currently listed as a single "Exit 130B" for I-20 is in reality and operationally two separate half-interchanges that just happen to be a block apart from each other.
- Creating a new 130A provides continuity with the US 11 list. The existing 130B point is centered on 1st Ave S and not US 11.
Here's the points:
130 = renaming of existing 130A on both the I-20 and I-59 lists

130B = no change from existing.
