Anyone know anything about this? Came across at Alt North 101 sign on Tully Road in San José yesterday:

Doesn't appear to be anything official, unless it's something referring to an emergency relief route for the 101 freeway.

| The last Alt US 101 I'm aware of became CA 82. |
