I'm still out to sea for another 2.5 months, so whomever's maintaining Minnesota in the meantime will have to put this in.
Recently discovered that MnDOT rerouted MN 27 between Alexandria and Osakis, with sign changes to have been done this spring. MN 27 now follows I-94 between Exit 100 (west side of Alexandria) and Exit 114 (near Osakis), then replaces MN 127.
What this means for CHM:
MN 27: follows I-94 for 2 exits (I-94(100), I-94(103), I-94(114) and any relevant shaping points) then replaces MN 127 in its entirity, as noted above. The MN 127 point at CR3 should be fine. The MN 27 point at MN 127 can be relabed as CR51/82 (it's CSAH 51 to the east, newly-designated CSAH 82 to the west).
MN 29: relabel point MN27_W as CR46. Relabel point CR82 as CR82_W. Relabel point MN27_E as CR82_E. There should be no labeling conflicts with these labels.
MN 127: removed entirely.
