The reconfigured Exit 113 opened today. I went to check it out a couple hours ago. Very snazzy; multilane roundabouts. The trumpet ramps on the west side of I-95 were realigned to connect to two corners of the roundabout there, and Old Belgrade Road was doglegged to connect to the other two corners.
ME3 is well signed via Old Belgrade Rd to, from and at ME27, complete with a new END sign.
This means extending ME3's file, and relabeling OldBelRd -> ME3 on ME 8, 11 and 27.
My local files are edited and ready to submit.
Edit:
I slimmed down a couple overdense points in downtown Augusta. This means submitting US201 too.
