I found a US 60 Truck in Clifton Forge, VA, and a US 219 Truck in Lewisburg, WV. Both are signed as shown in the attached photos.

The US 60 Truck signs are indeed new. However, it follows 100% the current routing for US 60 Business WB.

This is also US 220 Business WB. Inside Clifton Forge, the business route is signed with US 60 and US 220 cutouts with no BUSINESS banners. You can see an example of those in the right hand side of the first photo. _________________ Dave Filpus

In Clifton Forge, US 60 Bus and US 220 Bus follow E Ridgeway both directions now. |

It looks like that has been true since summer 2011. I'll submit a fix for both Business Routes and add a US 60 Truck Route. This route is really a truck route for US 60 Business, but VA doesn't do double bannered routes. _________________ Dave Filpus

So, this route is all just on Holt Lane? Is it fully posted in both directions? How's the signage done @ US-219 itself? |

Yes, just Holt Ln. I've never seen a definition here for "fully posted" so I don't know how to answer that question. Signage at the south end at 219 is "To US 60 ->". |

"Fully Posted" means at least one shield going in each direction on the route.
I noticed that your one picture has an "END" shield @ US-60. Was there an "END" shield on the other end @ US-219? |

Thanks for clearing that up. I wasn't looking for markers heading southbound, so I don't know if there were any. The ones pictured are at the north end approaching 60, and on westbound 60 approaching the truck route.
There was nothing at the intersection of 219 & 60 in the center of town, but it seems this route is designed only for trucks heading from WB 60 to SB 219 or the reverse.
I'm also unaware of signage for Truck 60 in Clifton Forge heading eastbound. It could be a route that only matters for westbound truck traffic.
Now that I know the criteria, I'll be more thorough next time I find a potential addition. |

In addition to the US 219 Truck South posting along US 60 WB, there is a US 219 Truck South reassurance shield on Holt Ln.
There are no US 219 Truck postings at the US 219 end. From US 219 NB there is a US 60 East trailblazer to follow Holt Ln and a US 60 West trailblazer to follow US 219.
Here is a photo I took in April 2012...

I think that's enough info for me. I'll add the route in my next WV update. |

The US-219 Truck file for Lewisburg, WV has now been submitted including the points for it in US-219 & US-60's files. |
