Two things from the vastness of South Dakota:
SD249: Found this route going through Ft. Thompson, it consists of the diagonal connector between SD34 and SD47. It may have recently been signed...it is not in GMSV, and also, all approach signage has no reference to it, instead using "TO" banners for the other route. There is only one posted sign: EB (or NB I guess, given it's an odd number), right past where SD47 turns northward, attached to a speed limit sign. I found no corresponding reassurance sign at the eastern/northern end facing WB/SB.
SD1806GrN: Traveled the Gregory County North portion of this route and found that the endpoint may be in dispute. Travelling south, there is a 1806 shield with an "END" banner, but a tab underneath saying "8 MILES" at the curve at 281st St. There's a second "END 1806" shield further down with a tab saying "5 MILES" underneath, right at the T-intersection (3 miles past the first sign, duh) as soon as you turn EB. 5 miles later, I arrived just past an intersection for Old 1806 going south. Just 500-1000 ft east of that intersection, the road 'ended' at a local ranch entrance, basically right at MP37.
Anyway, here's the routing for what I believe to be the whole route. The MP at the north end was 48.54, so a total of 11.5 miles makes sense, if it ends at the ranch at MP37.
