Here's the missing waypoint I referenced earlier (thanks for the help, si404!):
On Massachusetts Route 1A, the "Salem" section, there's a missing point at Porter Street, which is between the first two current waypoints (US1_S and I-90). One can exit the freeway here in either direction (north- or south-bound).
