A fix for this was previously submitted along with lots of other places that equivalent points were not at precisely the same points for all NY systems (the "near miss points" generated when I make graphs of the NY data). Tim hasn't yet applied the update (to my knowledge) as he is concerned that I might have "fixed" some points that were intentionally kept at different places.
We haven't discussed it in a while so I'm not sure if or when he plans to accept that update. |

| Maybe you could just submit this file update separately to Tim as this is a cut-and-dry case of a mistake to get it posted? |
