Hey Dave. I was just looking at your NC US-301 file. And I think there are some tweaks that are needed in the first 14 or so miles. Here are the following tweaks I would recommend:
...
US501/130
+X01 http://maps.google.com/?ll=34.546938,-79.284275&spn=0.02743,0.05579
+X02 http://maps.google.com/?ll=34.572641,-79.229587&spn=0.027421,0.05579
ERayRd http://maps.google.com/?ll=34.57282,-79.197757&spn=0.027421,0.05579 (Or could use NC2455; needed because it connects to I-95 Exit #7)
TownSt (remove this point, not needed at all with addition of above point)
OldUS301 http://maps.google.com/?ll=34.581346,-79.156711&spn=0.026394,0.05579 (Old routing of US-301 till moved to I-95 here I think, or could use the label HilBraRd)
I-95(10)
I-95(13) http://maps.google.com/?ll=34.593195,-79.111294&spn=0.02639,0.05579 (see "NC: I-95 Exit #13" thread)
I-95(14)
....
Those would be my recommended changes to this route. |

US 74 and US 74 Alt need a number of changes due to the opening of the new freeway. The US 301 changes will be be included with those changes. _________________ Dave Filpus

Ok. Also, don't forget to make the "I-95(14)" point's label as "*I-95(14)" to designate the exit as being closed. |

Noted. The US 74 map needs to match the I 74 map, which has duplicated exit numbers. Once we figure out that issue, I will submit US 74, US 74 Alt and US 301. _________________ Dave Filpus

Also add a point on US 301 between labels I-95(22) and I-95(25) to break the false multiplex with I-95. Perhaps Red Fox Road or Powersville Road would be a good choice. |
