I'm in Hungary right now, and according to the 2013 Budapest and Hungary atlas I picked up, there are long term plans to extend several M motorways.
M30: from exit 29 near Miskolc north to Kazincbarcika, with a spur into Miskolc.
M31: from exit 267 between Ör and Jármi (Vaja and Mátészalka) north and east to Ukraine to the east of Koson/Mezökaszony (both umlauted Os should have double-rising accents, which my phone can't do).
M35: from exit 44 near Debrecen south to F42/E60 outside of Berettyóújfalu.
M60: from exit 30 near Pécs west to F6 west of Szentlörinc (see accent note above).
M6: from exit 192 (M60) south to Herzegovina.
M43: from exit 35 north of Mako east to Romania (under construction).
Romania also has a long motorway under construction from the Hungarian border east of Nagykereki go east beyond the map's end. Closest village is Crasna. |

One I missed:
M0: from exit 78 at its northern terminus with F11 west through Üröm to F10 (accents are correct in this instance). |
