NJ 19's south end is not at the GSP. It is at the intersection of Broad St and Colfax Ave southwest of the ramps to GSP from NJ 19 and also south of US 46. It is clearly marked in both directions as the terminus - they even replaced the "blank" Nj shield that was the SB END sign.
NJ 15's south end has moved so that it no longer curls underneath US 46. This is shown on GMSV. i did not get to field check this one on my ride yesterday so i do not know if NJ 15 is still assigned to the piece south of US 46 or not.
NJ 18 is now posted on overhead street blades on Hoes Ln and Centennial Ave. The END posting is still up at the north end of Rutgers however and the BGSs on I-287 still have a blank space where the NJ 18 shield would be.
