PA: US-322 Business (State College) problems

Just noticed that the West junction (US322_W) with mainline US-322 (I-99 & US-220) isn't properly linking with US-322 per the HB.

We need to here take the coordinates out of the US-322 file for 'I-99(69)' and put them in this file to re-link it with all 3 routes there.

I would also recommend adding a point here:

The reason is because it's the most logical way to get up to I-99(71) IMO.

I don't think so yet. Maybe for the time being it could be maintained by all of us when it's a simple fix that is needed.
