Four projects I'm following, which might be completed later in 2015:
-- A-73 near Beauceville, filling in the gap between the separate St-Georges segment (QC 204 to exit 48, not yet in the HB) and the rest of A-73 (exit 61 northward). UPDATE: This project's completion will probably slip to autumn 2016, delayed by at least legal battles against landowners in part of the right of way:

-- A-20 extension to Trois-Pistoles, from current east end at exit 527 to Route Drapeau (according to OSM, will be exit 543); will still leave a long gap to the separate existing Rimouski A-20 segment (begins at exit 597). MTQ indicates at least part of the extension may be completed in autumn 2015, but no timetable on further extending A-20 around Trois-Pistoles:

-- A-85 between Degelis (exit 14) and Notre-Dame-du-Lac (exit 29), connecting two already-opened sections not yet in the HB. OSM indicates the route may already be open as a Super-2, with new northbound lanes to open later this year, but I'm unsure of the status.
http://cimt.teleinterrives.com/nouvelle-Regional_Mise_en_service_partielle_de_la_chaussee_Est_de_lautoroute_85_-21089 suggests (after auto-translation) that the new southbound roadway is not yet open, but will open to two-way traffic by August 18.
