Already a weird one because of its spur leg that's not marked as a spur, in the field checking revealed yet another (short) spur that's not bannered but treated as a mainline: Rickreall Rd west of OR 99W, acting as the connector between OR 223 (the spur) and OR 99W as OR 223 (spur) merges with OR 22 at OR 99W but doesn't otherwise connect to 99W.
Furthermore, what we have in the browser for the mainline is wrong: What we have as OR 223 Dallas is actually the mainline.
OR 223 Dallas should be the spur between Dallas and OR 22 north of Rickreall.
The spur's spur would be OR 223 Rickreall.
OR223: Rename MainSt to Main/JeffSt
Add AcaSt point at Academy St
Rename OR223_Kin to OR223
Delete point RicRd (cut/paste to OR223 Dallas)
Delete point OR22 (cut/paste to OR223 Dallas)
Add point FirVilRd (cut/paste from OR223 Dallas)
Add point OR22 (cut/paste from OR223 Dallas)
OR223 Dallas: Delete point FirVilRd (cut/paste to OR223)
