Hi all,
Driving through the Chicago region, travelling southbound on I-294, I saw signs depicting a 'new exit' available for I-57. As I took the exit with the load my trainer and I were taking south, I wondered about the CMap if the waypoint was created. When I got home for a short break (and a good chance to work on my file update), I found that it was not there.
So, I'm posting this to mention this location in the hopes that it's added to both interstate routes. I see that I-294 is using the intersecting routes, so the waypoint for that should be I-57. However, since I-57 is using the exit numbers, and there's only a northbound exit (with me heading south), I'm not sure what it is...guessing it would be 349...?
Many thanks,
-Ed S |

I will work on that. However, I don't think Tim has uploaded any stuff I've sent him since late July. |

Here's a photo of a sign for the new exit on the southbound Tri-state:
Note the exit numbers, which I don't recall seeing added to any other exits yet.
Exit 8 is a partial interchange (SB exit NB entrance). |

Of course. Just wanted to point out that the new numbers aren't universal yet, in case Jeff Morrison is considering editing the I-294 file...assuming updates will eventually make their way to the HB again... |
