Just did my own personal yearly update of Kentucky highway changes, figured I'd share what needs altering in the HB. There's quite a few changes, but most are small, like point name changes for altered/decommissioned routes. These changes all came from the SPRS listings on the KYTC website. Here goes, starting with the bigger changes first:

* There's been a bit of a route swap with KY717 and KY1017. KY717 still starts at the end of the I-71/75 ramps, but now is cosigned with KY1017 for a bit, then takes KY1017's former routing to end at KY3076. KY1017 still starts at US25, but after its cosigning with KY717, goes west down the newly constructed Aero Pkwy to end at KY18. GMSV shows the signage has been changed to reflect these two routes' changes. Files affected: KY717, KY1017, KY236, KY18.

* KY8 has been truncated at its western end so that it now ends at KY237.

* W. KY Pkwy: a new interchange has been created for KY3005, it looks to be exit 133, but this I can't confirm this.

* KY338 file: changes in KY1925_N and KY1925_S point names needed, as KY1925 has been truncated to end at KY338.

* KY18, KY237 files: changes in KY3168 point name needed, as KY3168 has been decommissioned.

* KY842, KY1017 files: new point needed for newly commissioned route KY3159.

* KY8Van, KY59 files: changes in points names with KY2525 needed, as KY2525 has been decommissioned.

* KY472, 638, 687 files: changes in point names with KY3474 and KY3475 needed, as both routes have been decommissioned.

* US421 file: a point for newly commissioned route KY3560 needs to be made. This is between KY638 and KY3473.

The W. Ky Pkwy new interchange with KY3005 is indeed exit 133. Can provide photo evidence if necessary, but I drove past it on Friday!
