I drove there this morning, on my way over to tour the A-35 and A-5 extensions. The route has been extended east by one exit, from Boul. Universite (now signed as exit 6) to Ch. Ste-Catherine/QC 216 (exit 7).

You can see from exit 7 new pavement to the east. Depending on how far east it goes (I didn't explore to find out), it could be added to A-410 fairly soon.

I haven't checked the MTQ website, which reportedly has suffered a meltdown and is not completely in working order (also I don't have time at the moment), on when more km-age will be added to A-410.

Looks like A-410 has just been extended again, as I had expected above. The latest extension takes the highway east to Rue Belvedere, which reportedly is exit 10. I don't know whether a separate exit number will be assigned for Rue Dunant rather than using the exit number 7 for Ch. Ste-Catherine.

OSM shows the route trace for the extension, and also indicates MTQ isn't done yet with A-410 (though it might be done for this year).

See:

Hat tip to Chris, who pointed this out over at the aaroads forum.

I checked out the A-410 extension earlier today. I can confirm that it ends at exit 10 (Rue Belvedere), and that the exit to the west is numbered as exit 7 in both directions.

Pavement has been laid down east of exit 10, toward the next new exit at QC 143. But no lane striping or other finishing touches to indicate imminent opening of the new segment. Also, while the QC 108/143 overpass has been completed, as has grading (but not paving) of the ramps to QC 108/143, that end of the project is not close to completion; and no work at all has been done to extend A-410 east of QC 108/143.

Extended to rue Belvedere (exit 10) in the Travel Mapping DB.

Leaving this unlocked for now, since I expect A-410 to be extended one more exit east in a few months.

Extended again to QC 108/143 (exit 13) in the Travel Mapping DB.

Since it might be awhile before A-410 is extended again, I'm locking this thread, and later moving it to "Old Topics".
