Going off of the old Miscellaneous SD info thread, I have some data updates now. (This will be long, so bear with me)
1. Highways that need to be removed from the HB
SD 134
SD 139
I-90 Business Spur/Loops in Belvidere, Vivian, and Plankinton
These are all unsigned and not written into state law.
2. Highways that need to be rerouted
I-29 Business in North Sioux City needs to be moved up to between Exit 4 and Old Highway 105.
I-29 Business in Brookings needs to be changed from a Loop to a Spur and routed between Exit 132 and Main Avenue
SD 258 needs to be extended down to I-90 from its current terminus
SD 203 needs to be shortened to the outside of the state training school
These observations are all from either the pavement logs or personal observation.
3. Highway that needs to be added
SD 473 is state-maintained from US 14A/85 south of Lead along Nevada Gulch Road (correct routing in OSM)
4. "P" highways
These are short unsigned spurs (one is a loop) that really have no real point. If you guys do want to put them in the HB, I would post them as, say, US 14 Spur instead of US 14P. (these are all in OSM)
In order,
US 14P, from US 14 east of Blunt to US 83 east of Blunt
US 18P (the only loop), from US 18 west of Edgemont to US 18 in Dudley (partial multiplex with SD 471)
SD 20P, from SD 20 north of Watertown to old SD 139
SD 37P (1), from SD 37 north of Running Water to Running Water
SD 37P (2), from SD 37 north of Springfield along Walnut St, then turning on 8th St and ending at 8th and Wood
SD 38P (1), from I-90 exit 335 to SD 38
SD 38P (2), from SD 38 east of Mitchell along 1st Avenue to Wallace St
SD 79P, from SD 79 and US 16 Truck at the junction to 500 feet south of Minnesota St
SD 248P, from SD 248 along South Creek Rd to the end of the pavement (partial multiplex with I-90 BusKad)
and finally SD 1806P, from SD 1806 in Corson County to Wakpala.
Hopefully after this there will be no more SD discrepancies. Thank you for your time (and sorry that it was long).

I am working on 1-3.

For the "P" highways, though, I would not support their inclusion. They are unsigned and in multiple cases appear to be merely the third leg of a large triangle junction. I couldn't find a location for 79P at all.

I just wanted to make sure people knew about them... if you don't want to put them in that's fine with me. By the way, I forgot to include the addition of US 85 Truck in Deadwood (multiplexed with US 14A from Deadwood to Lead... completely pointless, but signed well).

I noticed the truck route when I was working on SD 473. I'll have to put that in too, I guess.

Thanks! I also noticed that SD I-90 still had the point 99... it should be 98.

Another thing I just found is that SD SD1806GrN needs to be extended to the extent of the tertiary road in OSM, just past the 2nd junction with Scissons Township Highway.

Sorry, I got caught up in problems with my job and I'm not 100% sure on what I've sent. I do have a draft e-mail from August that has my notes on the following:

SD 134: GMSV shows the highway signs are down
SD 139: Can't find anything on this. County 2012 map shows it still existing.
SD 203: Done.
BS 90 Bel: Not on GMSV, deleted
BL 90 Vivian: Not on GMSV, deleted. Renamed point on SD248 BL90Viv_E->291stAve
BL 90 Plankinton/SD 258: You're right, it's not there. Found the SD statute for 258 and extended it with the Business 90 points.
BS 29 N. Sioux City: It's not in the statues, and it's not signed at exit 2 or 4. Should it just be removed entirely?
BL/BS 29 Brookings: It's not in the statutes, but it IS signed on I-29 at US 14 (but not at the south end) per GMSV. For changing a loop to a spur, do we treat it like deleting the loop and creating a spur? This route is in use. Will users have to re-enter it with a line of I-29BSBro instead of I-29BLBro? IIRC, Tim has a method for treating renamed files like this one would be. I can create an file for I-29BSBro with the I-29BLBro points along US 14 intact with old names hidden.
SD 473: I see it on the county maps, and there's a surprise on Google: A construction sign for US 473!
https://maps.google.com/?ll=44.335575,-103.787155&spn=0.024464,0.028667&t=m&z=15&layer=c&cbll=44.33568,-103.787099&panoid=FKwgqO-laERjr4UqinF_rQ&cbp=12,288.46,,0,1.21
^^Working on this also brought up a needed change on US 85.

-Don't trust county maps. I drove 139 a few years back and nothing's there. (It's also deleted from the statutes (my guess is it was this one)).
-Yeah, just get rid of BS 29 in North Sioux.
-The only signage I found this summer is exit 130 both sides on I-29 (Business Spur), a trailblazer at the end of the northbound offramp (that says Business Loop), and a really really old I-29 shield on Medary Avenue at US 14 (probably from when US 77 went through here). So, in conclusion, I don't really know what to do with this.
-Now that the construction's done, the only sign is a piece of wood someone painted "473" on and stuck to the backside of a stop sign at US 85 (also this summer). It's still a state highway, though (and a breathtaking drive).

Everything else is good.

Sending all these to Tim Nov. 2. Making BS 29 Brookings file, and we can finesse/delete if necessary.
