Just found out that US-60 has been rerouted to a brand new bridge crossing the Tennessee River to the East of the existing bridge. The new bridge has been open to traffic since July 31st, 2013.

As of this moment, the new route is not shown in OSM. However, in the Bing Imagery, you can see enough of the construction alignment that I can add it into OSM tonight so that once it's added, the coordinates can be acquired for the US-60 reroute. If you want a preview, you can see it open in the Google Sat imagery right now.

This will require an update to US-62 as well. This change will require 1 new point for US-62 and 3 for US-60.

And it's now been added to OSM.

Unless I'm missing something, only two points are required for US60: The new Ledbetter Bridge approach on the west side, and KY6074 (Adair St.)
Unless, are you counting the 90° turn here at a connector between the existing alignment and the new bridge approach and what looks like grading/preparation for a future Ledbetter bypass? I'm leaving that out for now, as it's within lateral tolerance.

Yes, that was the '3rd' point.
