Concerning WV49: I think a point for the bridge that connects to KY1056 (just west of the WV65 point) would be useful. It's one of the few crossings across the river and would make sense to include.

| Agreed. This has been added into the file as 'CR49/10'. I've also fixed some other intersection location errors in this route. These fixes have been submitted as part of a big WV update pull request over @ GitHub. |

The new point is now in WV-49's file and part of the 'master'.
