ODOT will shift a US highway without consulting AASHTO: As far as I know, as far as AASHTO's concerned, US 26 still uses the Market/Clay couplet and Naito Parkway to get through downtown Portland.
Per ODOT, however, US 26 bypasses downtown via I-405, Broadway/Sheridan, 3rd, and Arthur.
Whether this applies to US 30 or not, I have no idea. |

Wasn't even considering AASHTO. Was looking at how ODOT signs them in the field. _________________ Froggie

US 30 will remain on I-84.
US 30 Hist route created, but will be held until a Historic (sub)system can be put in place. |

I'm not opposed to that. We'll have to address Hist US 66 and 99 (California) at some point though. |
