I knew this was being considered, but it's now official. In terms of CHP, the Fairfax County Parkway is now VA 286. Signs will be erected over the next 3 months.
The question, which is mainly for Tim, is how do we handle the Fairfax County Parkway list now...do we leave it as-is, or do we shift it from "Named State Freeways" to "Numbered State Freeways"? _________________ Froggie

Once the new signs go up, it should be moved to the Select Numbered State Freeways system, with its new name VA286, and that file should include the whole of whatever ends up being signed VA 286. |

What will get signed VA 286 will be the whole of the Fairfax County Pkwy. Once it gets signed, it should simply be a matter of changing the filename for the file I sent you last week. _________________ Froggie
